- To adhere to all federal, state and local laws, pertaining to licensing, insurances and workers compensation.

- To establish and maintain the highest level of mutual respect and goodwill with all members.
The following criteria must be met in order to obtain membership in the alliance.
- Been in business a minimum of 5 years.
- Operate out of a business location (not home office) or have a full time employee devoted to office service (i.e. answering and returning calls).
- Be a managed business (i.e. where the owner is not the painter, etc. allowing you to manage your business)
- Have multiple employees, allowing you to perform multiple jobs at any given time. (This helps reduce long wait times)
- Perform work in all of Collier and Lee counties.
- Pass a business background check through the Better Business Bureau.
- Have all necessary county and state licenses.
- Have all necessary liability and workers compensation coverages as required by law (preferably above state required minimums).
- Provide 3 current personal and 3 business references.
- Be able to return all phone calls within 24 hours.
- Be able to offer quality, consistent customer service with a great attitude.
- Be willing to attend monthly meetings and scheduled customer service training.
